Constitutional government is the best form of government ever
devised by man. The Constitution Party promotes constitutional
government.

I am a limited government, state's rights and individual
responsibility candidate.

I favor the repeal of the 17th Amendment and the state's right to
elect senators.

I promote the Liberty Amendment leaving income tax in the individual's
pocket while stopping bailouts for Fannie, Freddie and all others.

I favor an Arizona type law to control ILLEGAL immigration.

I favor an honest money system and repeal of the Federal Reserve Act.
I favor a true bicameral government for Utah whereby each county would
elect a senator.

I favor reducing the power of the State Board of Education while
giving more authority to local school boards. I favor abolishing the
federal Department of Education.

I favor the traditional Electoral College method of electing the
president of the United States as described in the U.S. Constitution.

I believe Utah should exercise sovereignty over the land within its
defined borders excluding "lands purchased" and treaty lands.

I believe that we must be a moral people as defined in the Ten
Commandments to enjoy true freedom and the pursuit of happiness.
